The 6th Annual Black Swamp Benefit Bazaar, held June 15-16 to benefit Sunshine Inc. of Northwest Ohio and Mennonite Central Committee (MCC), raised a total of $180,000 during weekend events. According to Bob Aschliman, treasurer of Black Swamp Benefit, Inc., that preliminary total is down from 2005’s record collection but is a big improvement over 2006.
